Protesters gathered outside District Court on Monday morning to protest the dismissal of charges against the five men accused of beating 27-year-old Ali Mohammed to death. Prosecutors said Friday that evidence gathered thus far does not point to injuries of a brutal beating. The investigation is ongoing and charges can still be filed in the case if evidence of murder or foul play arises.
