Jr. A&A Analyst Location: Navy Yard (Washington, DC.) Salary: $70K-$95K W2 (benefits included) Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Start Date: ASAP The Junior A&A Analyst shall monitor incoming emails, phone calls, and naval message traffic for items requiring action by the Enterprise CS staff. This includes but is not limited to investigating/researching inquiries and providing a draft response to the appropriate Enterprise CS Government lead, preparing and disseminating notifications to subordinate activities for required actions and data calls, receiving and compiling responses, and preparing NAVSEA response of Government staff review and submission. Maintain an action item tracking system for all tasks assigned to the Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity. Monitor incoming action items and tasks received from the NAVSEA CIO Administrative Officer and/or OPNAV POCs. Maintain the currency of actions/tasks assigned to the DCIO Enterprise CS in the SEA00I Action Item database in NAVSEA to ensure timely completion. Maintain the Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity NAVSEA pages. Tasks include but are not limited to managing the permissions to each page, making corrections to or deleting information posted to each page as directed, uploading information to page as directed, and designing and developing new pages as required. The Junior A&A Analyst shall also generate and maintain various metrics including but not limited to: o Enterprise electronic spillages, FISMA compliance statistics, A&A statistics, CSRD usage, etc. o Perform Level 1 System Administrator duties for the Navy Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS), planning and developing products for the annual cybersecurity forum and other tasks associated with the CSRD. o Facilitate Functional AO/SCA administrative requirements such as preparing authorization letters and uploading scanned authorization letters into eMASS. o Execute various administrative functions, such as processing/tracking request forms, status report preparation, and other tasks as assigned. o Review appropriate Federal Government, Department of Defense (DoD) and o Department of the Navy (DON) regulations, policies and guidelines. Develop uniform and consistent policies and procedures for the protection and security of NAVSEA's information and IT systems. Specific policies and procedures will be developed as required by the NAVSEA Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity and as described in resultant program management plan updates. o Prepare, monthly and ad-hoc reports for management as required. Provide Cybersecurity analysis services to the NAVSEA Director, Enterprise Cybersecurity. o Provide support to the NAVSEA Director, Enterprise CS for management of programs to include but not limited to Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), and Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), as well as manage various tasker and data calls inquiries. Requirements: ? Must be US Citizen ? Active Secret Clearance ? Minimum of 1-2 years of C&A/A&A experience with Navy and/or DoD programs. (Experience with DoD Information Assurance C&A Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and/or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 preferred) ? Able to apply for certification as an Entry Level Navy Validator or Navy Qualified Validator Level 1 Required Certification: Must have at least one of the following baseline certifications: NEC 2791 (if within 2 years of leaving Active Duty) or An approved Associates Degree from an accredited University or CNSSI 4011 Certificate or A+ (CE) or Network + (CE) or SSCP
