The Business to Business Account Manager position is a multifaceted role. L23 Networks promotes within therefore the opportunity to expand your role is limitless. As an Account Manager you will be working closely with existing and new clients to drive sales, increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Responsibilities of an Account Manager:Regularly attend client meetings for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting.Secure relationships with existing clients by contacting them about existing products/services; as well as assessing their needs for additional features and upgrades.Prospect for potential customers and establish relationships using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings.Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.Provide feedback to company management on competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrityCollaborate with other team members to identify and grow opportunities within regionBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace. Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred but not requiredMinimum of One years' experience in sales, marketing, and customer serviceMust be proficient and have proven record in:Meeting Sales GoalsClosing SkillsTerritory ManagementExcellent Communicator, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlinesIntense attention to detail with accuracy and consistencyModerate computer and software skills for basic data entryAbility to build effective relationships with a wide range of peopleStrong presentation skillsFlexibility to work independently as well as within a team with high level of dedication What We Offer for the Account Manager Role: ?
