B-Line Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant will be primarily responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads prior to sales consultant handoff, supporting the outside sales team, responding to RFPs, and responding to incoming client requests. This position requires an enthusiastic and positive person who is not afraid to take the initiative and is comfortable working within a team and independently.What you will be doing:

Prospecting/identifying new sources of businessResponsible for adding 55 new leads to Salesforce monthlyResponsible for adding 10 new opportunities to Salesforce monthly50 prospecting calls emails per week through research and email blasts in coordination with the Marketing TeamAssist with the planning and overseeing outbound marketing campaigns (find lists of contacts/search for contact information for targeted marketing campaigns)Assist in writing/submitting company responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)Assist with setting up on-site meetings for Sales ConsultantsAnswer, respond and route incoming calls and email requestsSales team support activities (such as assisting with contract transactions and invoicing as needed)Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in SalesforceAttend 2 industry conferences or territory events to develop industry expertiseDraft notes for all Inside Sales Meetings

What we are looking for:

2-4 years of experience in a professional work environmentPrevious sales experience preferred (full-time, part-time or internships)RFP/technical writing skills preferredExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and research skillsProminent organizational skills and able to manage many projects simultaneouslyExperience with web-based productivity tools (such as Google Documents and Salesforce)Ability to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHighly energetic and self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed entrepreneurial environment
