Howard University has more than 11,000 students pursing undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees. Yet the university is struggling to get minority students to study abroad. Howard University News Service reporter Alexis Porter explains the benefits of studying abroad and explores why minority students do not participate in the numbers they should.
