Event Provides Gowns, Self-Esteem for High School Girls

It’s prom season across the country.  In the nation’s capital there’s a special program to help high school girls who otherwise cannot afford the special experience.  The “Priceless Gown Project” provides dresses, make-up and much more. NewsVision reporter Daesha Smith was there for this weekend’s event.
