This school year, Howard University has been a constant fixture in the news on issues from the state of its finances to student protests. In the midst of these controversies, university president, Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick called a Town Hall Meeting to address the public.  NewsVision reporter Richard Foster-Shelton was there.
