And Weed for All: The Man Behind DC's Marijuana Movement Looks to the Future

It's been more than two years since Washington, DC voters approved Initiative 71, which legalized the use of recreational marijuana for those 21 years of age and older.  As many Americans celebrate April 20th as "Weed Day," NewsVision reporter Sarai Gardner talked to the man behind the DC marijuana movement about his plans for the future.
