Room and "Bored?" Why Students Choose to Live Off Campus

As room and board costs have risen in recent years, more and more college students are choosing to live off-campus. Though these students think that they will have more freedom with living off-campus, they are often hit with a different reality facing bills and other responsibilities as a member of a new community. NewsVision reporter Richard Foster-Shelton has the story.
