
Howard University to Provide Hurricane Restoration Through Alternative Spring Break Program
Months after Hurricane Maria left devastating effects on Puerto Rico, students from Howard University are making major plans to help. Students will sacrifice their college spring breaks to provide restoration to the island, as part of the university's popular Alternative Spring Break (ASB) program.
