The Washington, DC is blanketed by a spring snow storm Wednesday, before heading to New England.

A spring snow storm caused by Nor'easter Toby, hit the Washington, DC area Wednesday.  The storm brought the Nation's Capital to a standstill.  Thousands of flights were canceled, federal offices closed, and residents spent the day trying to make the most of it.  NewsVision reporter Chanique Rochester has more.
